Subscription terms and conditions

Applicable to monthly and annual memberships at Studie B. Last updated: 10.09.2026. These subscription terms apply to Studie B members who purchase a monthly or annual membership with automatic payment. They supplement Studie B’s general terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict, the general terms and conditions take precedence. 1. Set-up and payment A subscription requires a saved payment card. A monthly or annual membership is an ongoing subscription and can only be set up using a card saved for automatic renewal. If you do not wish to save your card, you can choose a class pass instead, which does not renew automatically. By purchasing a monthly or annual membership, you agree to Studie B saving your payment card with our PSD2- and PCI-DSS-certified payment partner, OnPay. Studie B never sees the card number itself; we store only a secured subscription ID, together with the last four digits of your card number and its expiry month, for display on your profile. The first payment is taken immediately (the monthly price for a monthly membership or the annual price for an annual membership). Your card is also saved as a subscription with OnPay, allowing us to automatically: • Renew your membership every month (monthly membership) or every year (annual membership). • Charge fees for late cancellations or non-attendance without further authorization from you. 2. Automatic renewal Monthly memberships renew automatically on the same date each month. Annual memberships renew automatically every 12 months. Payment for renewal is taken from your saved card. Card expiry: If your card expires before the next renewal, the payment cannot be processed. You will receive an email with a link to complete the payment manually and update your card. 3. Cancellation (notice period + final payment) You can cancel your membership at any time through your profile at www.studie-b.dk. Cancellation is subject to 1 month’s notice in addition to the current expiry date. Calculating the last active day New expiry date = current expiry date + 30 days. You can continue to book classes until the new expiry date. Example — monthly membership You have a monthly membership set up on 7 February at DKK 999/month. You cancel on 15 March. The system calculates that your current expiry date is 7 April (following the March renewal). New expiry date = 7 April + 30 days = 7 May. When you cancel, DKK 999 is charged to your card for the additional month. Example — annual membership You have an annual membership set up on 7 February 2026 at DKK 7,000. You cancel on 15 March 2026. Current expiry date = 7 February 2027. New expiry date = 7 March 2027. When you cancel, DKK 583 is charged to your card (equivalent to 1/12 of the annual price for the additional month). After cancellation • Your membership remains active until the new expiry date. • Your card is automatically deleted from OnPay on the last active day — no further payments can be taken after this. • Your membership appears in your archive marked ‘Cancelled DD.MM.YYYY’. 4. Late cancellation and non-attendance If you cancel a booking less than 8 hours before the class starts, or fail to attend without cancelling, a fee of DKK 75 will be charged to your saved card. The fee is usually taken automatically at the next renewal or when processed manually. If the fee cannot be collected (for example, because your card has expired or been declined), a warning will be sent by email. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in suspension of your membership. 5. Deleting a saved card You can delete your saved card under Profile → Archive → Saved cards. Any outstanding late cancellation fees must first be charged to the card — otherwise, the card cannot be deleted. Once the card has been deleted, Studie B can no longer take payments automatically. Please note — active subscription: If you delete your saved card while you have an active monthly or annual membership, this is treated as a cancellation. Payment for the coming month is charged to your card immediately (calculated in the same way as a standard cancellation; see section 3), your membership is cancelled and remains active until the calculated new expiry date, and your card is then deleted. You will be shown the exact amount before you confirm deletion. If the payment cannot be processed, the card will not be deleted. 6. Price changes Your subscription price may be adjusted with at least 30 days’ notice. You will be notified of the change by email. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel in accordance with section 3 — the new price applies only from the next renewal after the notice period. 7. Changing your payment card To switch to a new card for an ongoing subscription, use ‘Change card’ under Profile → Archive → Saved cards. This allows you to save a new card without cancelling your membership, and future renewal payments will be charged to the new card. Please note: If you delete your card entirely while you have an active subscription, this is treated as a cancellation (see section 5). Please use ‘Change card’ if you simply wish to update your card. 8. Age-based pricing and VAT The price is based on your age at the time of purchase. Customers under 30 are exempt from VAT under the applicable rules. If you turn 30 during a subscription, the VAT will change only at the next renewal; your active subscription will continue at the VAT rate originally recorded. 9. Processing of personal data Studie B processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Card details are stored exclusively with OnPay — we never see full card numbers. You can request access to, erasure of or export of your data at any time by contacting info@studie-b.dk. 10. Acceptance By ticking the ‘Confirm and pay’ consent box when making your purchase, you accept these subscription terms and Studie B’s general terms and conditions.
