It is the member’s responsibility to keep their details up to date, including their name, address, email address, telephone number and payment details. All changes must be made via your profile at www.studie-b.dk or reported to Studie B at info@studie-b.dk. Duration Subscriptions (monthly and annual passes) are ongoing and continue until cancelled — see the Cancellation section. Class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be transferred or extended. Payment and prices Subscriptions with automatic payment are set up using a payment card (Dankort/Visa). Your card is stored by our payment partner, OnPay, and subsequent payments are collected automatically — see the separate Subscription Terms and Conditions for details. Class passes, gift cards and other services are paid for online by card or MobilePay. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices for members under 30 are exempt from VAT in accordance with the applicable rules. The VAT rate is recorded at the time of purchase and is not changed subsequently. Automatic payment By signing up for automatic payment, the member agrees to the subscription amount being charged automatically to their registered payment card. Confirmation is sent by email when the arrangement is set up. It is the member’s responsibility to update their card details if the card expires or changes. Failure to pay may result in termination of membership. See the separate Subscription Terms and Conditions for details of automatic renewal, cancellation and the handling of stored cards. Minimum commitment period and membership pauses Studie B’s subscriptions have no minimum commitment period and can be cancelled with 1 month’s notice via your profile — see the Cancellation section. If you wish to pause your subscription (for example, during an extended trip or illness), please contact Studie B directly at info@studie-b.dk. Requests to pause a subscription are assessed individually. Booking Classes are booked via Studie B’s app or the website www.studie-b.dk. Members may have no more than one active booking per day. Failure to pay If an automatic payment cannot be collected (for example, because a card has expired or been declined), OnPay will retry the payment over the next 24 hours. If all attempts fail, you will receive an email with a link to complete the payment manually. If you do not do so within a reasonable time, Studie B may terminate your membership without further notice. Price changes You will be notified by email of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not wish to continue under the new terms, you may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation rules. Class passes Class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended, refunded or shared with others. Trial classes must be used within 30 days of issue. Cancellation Memberships with automatic payment can be cancelled via your profile at www.studie-b.dk. Cancellation requires 1 month’s notice beyond the current expiry date — calculated as: current expiry date + 30 days = final active day. The final monthly payment is charged immediately upon cancellation. After the final active day, the subscription ends automatically and the stored card is deleted from OnPay. Age requirements Participants must be at least 15 years old. Your date of birth must be provided when you register, and proof may be required. Age-based pricing (under 30 vs. 30+) is calculated using the date of birth provided at the time of purchase. Health and liability All exercise is undertaken at your own risk. Members are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate. Studie B is not liable for injuries sustained during exercise, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Personal belongings Valuables are stored at your own risk. Please feel free to use the lockers in our changing room. Studie B is not liable for theft of or damage to personal belongings. House rules - Be considerate towards other participants. - Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent. - Arrive in good time before the class starts. - The instructor may change without notice. Cancelling a booking Bookings must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the class starts. The following applies to late cancellations and non-attendance: - Subscription (monthly/annual pass): DKK 75 is charged automatically to your stored card. - Class pass: the class credit is forfeited (non-refundable). The fee is charged to your stored card. If the card has been deleted, a warning is sent by email. See the Subscription Terms and Conditions for details of how outstanding fees are handled. Class cancellations On rare occasions, classes may be cancelled or changed. If a class is cancelled, the member will be notified by email and/or SMS. In such cases, the payment, class credit or trial class is credited back to the member’s account. Communication By registering, you agree that Studie B may process your details and send you information by email and SMS about your bookings, membership and relevant notices. You can opt out of marketing via your profile. Right of withdrawal There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions and class passes. Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing to info@studie-b.dk. If the membership has been used (bookings have been completed), the right of withdrawal lapses for the portion used.
