Meet Betina

Betina has more than 15 years’ experience teaching mat Pilates, Zumba, step aerobics and ballroom dancing. Today, reformer Pilates is her favourite discipline to teach. The precision, calm and connection between body and mind that reformer Pilates offers were unlike anything she had experienced before. Today, Betina is a certified reformer Pilates instructor and the founder of Studie B in Skejby, Aarhus. Her approach is defined by smiles, warmth, positive energy, professional expertise and a genuine desire to create a welcoming environment where everyone can exercise and improve their strength and flexibility – whatever their starting point.
