**Right of withdrawal for online purchases** When purchasing through our website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. If you wish to use your class pass, monthly pass or annual pass before the end of the 14-day period, you must give your express consent at the time of purchase for your membership or class pass to be activated immediately. You also acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the product is used. **Class passes** You may withdraw from the purchase of a class pass within 14 days of the purchase date, provided it has not been used. A class pass is considered to have been used when: - the first booking has been made, - the first class credit has been used, or - the class pass has otherwise been activated. Once the class pass has been used, you cannot withdraw from the purchase or receive a refund. **Monthly passes** You may withdraw from the purchase of a monthly pass within 14 days of the purchase date, provided it has not been used. A monthly pass is considered to have been used when you first make a booking, attend a class or access the studio’s facilities. Once used, the monthly pass cannot be refunded in full or in part. **Annual passes** You may withdraw from the purchase of an annual pass within 14 days of the purchase date, provided it has not been used. An annual pass is considered to have been used when you first make a booking, attend a class or access the studio’s facilities. Once used, the annual pass cannot be refunded in full or in part. **Purchases made in the studio** As a general rule, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made in person at the studio. Any refund is solely at the studio’s discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis. **Cancellations by the studio** If the studio cancels a class, any class credits used will be restored, or the member will be offered an equivalent alternative.
