How to prepare for your first reformer class
Book your class online, ideally choosing a beginner-friendly time slot. If you have any questions beforehand, you are always welcome to get in touch. Wear close-fitting workout clothes and grip socks. Have a light meal 1–2 hours beforehand, and bring a water bottle. Arrive 10 minutes before the class starts so we can show you the reformer and adjust the springs and footbar to suit your body. There is one rule in class: listen to your body. Let us know if anything feels wrong — we will always adapt the exercise. Afterwards, you may feel that your core and inner thigh muscles have worked harder than you expected. That is completely normal.
